- Close Practice 2000 on all computers
- On Server, click above to download and save practicesql.exe (or practice.exe) into C:\Practice directory.
- Click Start, Run. Type C:\Practice\practicesql.exe (or C:\Practice\practice.exe) then click OK
- Follow the on screen instruction. .
- Copy Practicesql.exe (or Practice.exe) to C:\Practice on all workstations then repeat step 3 and 4.

activate the fees, (on Nov
1st, 2008) click Start, Programs, Practice 2000, Update Medicare Fees
(If the shorcut cannot be
found, click Start, Run,
in the box type C:\Practice\schedule.mde,
click Ok)
- When asked any question, press Enter to accept the default answers.
